The Asset Coordinator is critical in ensuring that our generator company's assets are tracked, documented, and presented accurately and effectively to customers and stakeholders. The Asset Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and helping to drive sales through online listings and accurate pricing. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in using computer and mobile technology, and a strong organizational skill set.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Inventory Tracking

  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all generator equipment and related assets, including item numbers
  • and unique identifiers.
  • Regularly update and reconcile the inventory database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct physical audits and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy.

Records Management

  • Utilize SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets to create and manage detailed records of assets, including item
  • location, specifications, purchase details, and maintenance history.
  • Organize and categorize assets for easy retrieval and tracking.
  • Online Listing:
  • Upload product listings and descriptions to the company's website and other online platforms, ensuring they
  • are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor product availability, pricing, and specifications to ensure they are consistent across various online
  • channels.
  • Manage component tracking in Monday.com
  • Ensure merged PM components are properly taken out of SF availability & notes updated accordingly
  • Manage web listings of upcoming power module listings

Accounting

  • Issue PO’s of the Packaging/Sales Division from QuickBooks
  • Manage the sales team commission sheets and submittal to accounting.

Research and Pricing

  • Research current market values and pricing trends for generator equipment.
  • Analyze market data to make pricing recommendations and adjustments as necessary.

Media Management

  • Capture high-quality photos of generator equipment and assets.
  • Upload and organize images into the company's database for use in marketing materials, website listings, and other documentation.
  • Create completed power module presentations in Canva

Sales Asset Responsibility

  • Spec out of all sales equipment that comes into inventory.
  • Web Listings
  • Ensure all inventory from 3 locations have accurate listings with photos

WPP Capital Assets

  • Load banks/Trucks/Forklifts

Parts Assets

  • Assist in listing parts assets on WPP Website and eBay

Rental Assets

  • Spec out with photos on arrival to yard
  • Ensure all rental assets for sale are correctly listed online or through auction
Requirements:

EDUCATION

  • College degree preferred but high school diploma or equivalent required

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

  • No certifications or licenses required for this role

EXPERIENCE

  • Salesforce and basic Electrical competency a plus
