The Associate III, Customer Experience role provides frontline support to customers and business partners, serving as a key connection between Phillips 66 and its marketers, dealers, and internal teams. This position focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and professional service while resolving routine customer needs, processing requests, and supporting operational processes in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital channels by responding to inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account activity.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues, resolve routine customer concerns, and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in required systems.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction while meeting established performance, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and renewals in accordance with defined procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Support customer relationship management activities by capturing accurate customer data, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen customer service skills, product knowledge, and system proficiency.
