Entry-Level Account Manager

Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)


Position Overview

CLA Global Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Account Managers to join our growing team in Long Beach. This opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop real-world experience in client relations, sales, business development, and leadership while working alongside an experienced team.

No prior experience is required. We provide structured training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional development from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the business, build your skill set, and take on additional responsibility as you grow.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs

What We're Looking For

Required:
