What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the voice of Garage Pros, creating outstanding customer experiences while supporting our technicians and operations team. In this role, you will:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with confidence and efficiency.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text regarding appointments and service updates.
  • Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns while providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit our customers.
  • Learn our services and become a trusted resource for customers and teammates alike.
What We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level customer service role. We are seeking an experienced professional who understands the pace and expectations of residential home services.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience in residential home services required, such as:
    • Garage Doors
    • Plumbing
    • HVAC
    • Electrical
    • Roofing
    • Solar
    • Pest Control
    • Restoration
    • Similar residential service industries
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology.
  • ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
  • Saturdays are a required part of the regular work schedule.
  • Weekday schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
  • After successfully completing training and onboarding, top-performing employees may be considered for a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs.
