Payroll Processor – Entry Level

Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Processor
  • Support daily payroll processing activities for a large employee population as the Payroll Processor
  • Prepare, update, and maintain payroll‑related spreadsheets and documentation as the Payroll Processor
  • Perform accurate payroll data entry and validation as the Payroll Processor
  • Calculate, track, and document employee mileage for payroll purposes as the Payroll Processor
  • Assist with payroll processing for approximately 1,500 employees while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality as the Payroll Processor
Qualifications for the Payroll Processor
  • 1–3 years of payroll or accounting support experience preferred (entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables is a plus
