Job description

Shangri-La Springs, in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, is a historic center for vitality through healing arts and nature.  That ethos permeates all aspects of the property, from the full-service organic spa to the certified organic farm-to-table restaurant that utilizes produce grown on the property itself.  
Shangri-La Springs is growing!  

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time General Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance and housekeeping services to the buildings and grounds on the historic property of Shangri-La Springs.  
This is an entry level position. No experience necessary. 
The ideal candidate will be able to work unsupervised and complete work in a timely and efficient manner, and communicate professionally with customers and staff.
Full time employees are offered a generous benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.  
This position requires typical physical demands for maintenance and repair labor, such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors and outdoors in cold, hot or wet conditions on uneven surfaces.


This is a full time position with varying hours, including nights and weekends.
