In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
• Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application.
• Knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc. Also needs architecture knowledge.
• WebLogic/Unix knowledge for server health diagnosis, PLSQL/DB knowledge for debugging contentions and other bottlenecks in database area.
• Experience in Oracle OTM with techno/functional expertise in Oracle OTM flows.
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with direct client interaction during interactive phases like requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis etc.
• Experience in common integration methodologies.
• Experience in data conversions using import tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
