Job description

Summary/Objective

The Accountant will be responsible for monitoring the inflow and outflow of capital for the company.

Essential Functions
  • Complete daily financial bookkeeping, accounting entries production and financial document sorting and filing.
  • Be responsible for daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable business.
  • Assist in completing month-end and year-end closing work, financial data statistics and sorting.
  • Regularly check and reconcile financial accounts, ensure account consistency and data accuracy.
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit work, sort and provide complete financial supporting documents.
  • Strictly abide by company financial systems and U.S. local financial and labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related majors; professional accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.) are highly preferred.
  • Work Experience: Candidates with 2 to 3 years of formal corporate accounting working experience are prioritized.
  • Fresh Graduates: Recent college graduates majoring in Accounting are acceptable, and will be independently arranged for the AP/AR professional position for systematic training and work.
  • Professional Skills: Familiar with basic U.S. accounting principles and financial processes, proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software; experience in ERP system operation is a plus.
  • Comprehensive Quality: Strong data sensitivity and analytical ability, careful and rigorous work attitude, good team communication and collaboration ability, able to adapt to financial work deadlines.
