Position Overview

Responsible for freight routing, load assignment, and shipment tracking across Oregon-based dispatch systems. Des Moines candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads through dispatch systems
