Job description

The candidate will worked on designated team/assignment. Production activities may vary between working on semi-automated machine line, manual carton packing line, or other production support roles. Most tasks will require the candidate to work in collaboration with multiple teammates.

This position is for a first shift operator (Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm)

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Performs directed activities in the Raw Material Preparation department to complete the inspection, staging and manufacture of Serum, Urine and Blood based intermediates.
  • Production activities to include processing of biologicals materials, operating and monitoring equipment under varying conditions; adjusting equipment controls; calculating concentrations, dilutions, and yields; adhering to PPE procedures, aseptic filtering and filing procedures.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures.
  • Documents production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.
  • Performs basic instrument operation and maintenance, etc.Can assist in the troubleshooting instruments/equipment or reagents related issues and coordinates support operations.
  • Can assist the routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Reviews maintenance and/or equipment specific procedures.
  • Utilizing software applications Microsoft and SAP for completing compliance training and manufacturing.

Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $24.52 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
