Job Summary
Operation Research Analyst is needed to perform the following duties:
• Analyze operational and business performance data using SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical modeling techniques to support strategic decision-making and improve organizational efficiency.
• Collect, clean, validate, and manage structured and unstructured datasets from sales systems, inventory records, customer transactions, and operational databases.
• Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions to evaluate operational trends, optimize resource allocation, and support business planning initiatives.
• Perform quantitative and statistical analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, business risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reports using
• Tableau and Power BI for executive management and business stakeholders.
• Conduct operational research studies to evaluate workflow performance, cost reduction opportunities, and productivity improvement strategies.
• Utilize SQL queries and database management techniques to extract, organize, and analyze high-volume business data while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that improve operational performance and support business growth objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics and business performance indicators to identify trends, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
• Prepare analytical documentation, business reports, and forecasting summaries to support organizational planning and executive decision-making processes.
• Support process automation and reporting optimization initiatives by implementing analytical tools, workflow improvements, and efficient data management practices.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Supply Chain or Data Science or Business Analytics or Management with a specialization in Business Analytics
