This position offers hands-on training and comprehensive support designed to help you advance from a Lube Tech to an Automotive Technician. Previous lube tech experience is helpful but not required. Primary Responsibilities Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint inspections on customer vehicles. Assess and identify supplemental vehicle service needs to ensure quality diagnoses. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the work area throughout servicing and repairs. Provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate communication. Adhere to safety standards and comply with OSHA and EPA regulations. Support team members by sharing knowledge and promoting a positive work environment.
