Job description

XMSTART is always looking to add experienced and strategic full-time Systems Engineers to our team, in Chantilly, VA or Washington, DC. These positions are 100% onsite.

Requirements

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Qualifications:

    • Technical experience with Intelligence Community (IC) analytic tools
    • Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Experience with systems integration and configuration
    • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and scripting
    • Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and network protocols

Responsibilities:

System Design and Development

    • Analyze user needs and system requirements
    • Develop system architectures and specifications
    • Integrate hardware and software components to create functional systems

System Implementation

    • Install, configure, and test system components
