Job Description:
You will be trained to operate a pharmaceutical tablet making machine in a safe and efficient manner. Duties include:
  • Cleaning /clearance of room and equipment
  • Performing in-process monitoring and inspections to maintain tablet press within required specification limits.
  • Completing documentation for tableting activities
  • Ensuring work is completed according to schedule.
  • Working productively with supervisor, other employees, and quality assurance
  • Follow company policies and ensuring compliance with cGMPs
  • Continuing to learn and set-up the machine.

Immediate, Full-time, Monday thru Friday, Occasional Overtime
1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
2nd shift: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Excellent Shift Differential

Qualifications/ Skills/ Abilities/Strengths:
Prior experience operating machinery NOT NECESSARY.
Working knowledge of hand tools (wrenches, sockets, etc) and measuring tools (caliper, micrometer) a PLUS
Must have mechanical aptitude and ability
Requires attention to detail, and a desire for ensuring a high quality product
Basic math skills, English reading and writing
Minimally High School diploma or equivalent.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 35 pounds. Fast Paced, On feet throughout the shift.
