THIS POSITION STARTS AT $15.00 AN HOUR!. POSITION SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: Entry level Cook position responsible for the timely preparation of all food orders received on the line at assigned location to ensure guest satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares food according to menu and prep cook standards

Preps food for Senior Cooks. Make soup according to recipes. Operates fryers and cooks on grill.

Stocks inventory as needed. Delivers exceptional internal and external guest service standards. Meets expectations of line/prep cook positions and performance standards.

Maintains full understanding of each line position and responsibilities at each station Learns and understands menu and food preparation at all stations. Understands the impact of the kitchen staff on guest satisfaction Meets or exceeds kitchen sanitation standards Meets ticket time goals Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.

Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.

Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned. .
