Quick Lane / Express Service Technician

Location: Porcaro Ford – Racine, WI
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18–$24+ per hour, based on experience and ability

Job Summary

Porcaro Ford is looking to add 1–2 Quick Lane / Express Service Technicians.

We are looking for dependable, motivated people who want steady full-time work and the opportunity to grow in the automotive field.

Experience is preferred, but not required. If you are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, show up on time, and take pride in your work, we are willing to train the right person.

Experienced technicians may qualify for higher starting pay.

What You’ll Do
  • Oil and filter changes

  • Tire rotations and tire service

  • Multipoint vehicle inspections

  • Batteries, filters, wipers and fluids

  • Basic brake and maintenance work

  • Check tire pressures and vehicle fluid levels

  • Keep your work area clean and organized

  • Work efficiently while maintaining quality

  • Communicate needed repairs or maintenance to the service team

What We’re Looking For
  • Dependable and on time

  • Good work ethic

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Able to work well with a team

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Willing to learn and improve

  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

$18–$24+ per hour based on experience and ability.

Entry-level applicants are welcome.

Applicants with previous automotive experience, certifications, stronger technical ability, or the ability to perform additional repairs may qualify for higher starting pay.

We prefer to develop technicians from within, and strong Quick Lane performers may have opportunities to advance into our main service shop as positions become available.
