The Role
The Operations Administrator will work closely with our employees in the field to coordinate schedules, assist with travel logistics, and organize training. You will have the opportunity to improve and execute processes that make a difference in field operations. Along with your team, listen to Pason's Field Technicians and be their voice to other departments in the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain Operations data base and ensure all information is accurate. Utilizes all resources to continuously improve data, monitor changes and audit current information
  • Assist with coordinating daily fleet operations; ensure vehicles are available, maintained, and assigned
  • Organize the logistics of field level new hire orientation, entry level training and continuous improvement training
  • Coordinate field technician's days off and work schedules
  • Organize and schedule field travel
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports, as well as other reports upon request
  • Verify, approve, and code invoices and expenses related to Field Operations
  • Assist with organization of annual field technician meetings
  • Assist with Supply Chain tasks
  • Organize and schedule office meetings and events
  • Requires less than 10 percent travel (approx. 4 weeks / year), some international to Canada
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • High school education or GED
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to identify potential problems in processes and work with team to resolve
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Experience with and the proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with little supervision
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing competing priorities
  • Not afraid to challenge, yet willing to compromise
