Health & Safety Coordinator
We are looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator who'll be tasked with coordinating health and safety programs across North America while ensuring compliance and effective risk management. As part of your role, you'll significantly contribute to the organization's growth by fostering a strong safety culture and supporting safe operations across multiple facilities and fleet activities. You'll be at the forefront of promoting workplace safety, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the well-being of our teams across all locations.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Coordinate health & safety programs across North America, supporting 2 distribution centers (~550,000 sq ft), 2 technical training centers (~25,000 sq ft), and 2 workshops (~4,500 sq ft), including inspections, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee fleet-related safety risks for an employee powersports vehicle fleet and a demo fleet , including safe use standards, incident tracking, and training support.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian federal, state/provincial, and local EHS requirements through audits, reporting, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Lead incident and claims coordination, including investigations, near miss tracking, Workers' Compensation support, trend analysis, and corrective/preventive action follow-up.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by supporting behavior based safety initiatives, delivering training and communications, and maintaining an active, visible safety presence across all locations.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a multi-site operational environment.
  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience supporting distribution, training, fleet, or similar operational environments across the U.S. and/or Canada.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations; familiarity with American Occupational Health & Safety frameworks strongly preferred.
  • Experience in incident investigation, regulatory compliance, fleet or operator safety programs, and workers' compensation coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills with the ability to engage a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • The position is located onsite with 25% travel.

PREFERRED:
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations; familiarity with Canadian Occupational Health & Safety frameworks strongly preferred.
  • Professional health & safety certifications preferred, such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, CHST, or equivalent credentials.
  • French language proficiency is a plus.
