MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in the Des Moines metro area. The client is hiring energetic, coachable people for an entry-level management role focused on customer experience, client relationships, and team coordination.

No experience is required. We provide on-site training so you can start with confidence. This is a ground-level role with a clear path into leadership. Management seats are filled from within.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with friendly, professional support by phone and in person
