About the job RN Emergency Room - Entry Level
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED). This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can think quickly, and manage multiple patients with varying acuity levels.
Responsibilities

  • Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
  • Provide care ranging from minor injuries to critically ill patients
  • Manage multiple ER cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Coordinate care with physicians and hospital departments
  • Provide discharge instructions and referrals
  • Maintain patient safety and a high standard of emergency care
Requirements
  • 1+ year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (required)
  • Active RN license in Florida or Compact State
  • ADN required (BSN a plus)
  • BLS required prior to start
  • ACLS required within 90 days
  • PALS required within 90 days
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
  • No visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Bonuses
