Your role is to understand what people need, answer their questions, and help them explore coverage options that may fit their situation.

What You'll Do

As part of our remote team, you'll:

• Follow up with warm leads and schedule client conversations
• Learn about clients' goals, concerns, and benefit needs
• Explain insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Answer questions and make coverage easier to understand
• Help clients identify solutions that align with their needs
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Provide consistent follow-up and professional client service
• Build strong relationships through communication and trust
