• Build trust and meaningful relationships with clients
• Learn and explain life and supplemental insurance options
• Identify solutions based on each client’s needs
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Follow up consistently and provide ongoing support
• Deliver a professional and positive client experience
• Build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service
