Job description

Pediatrix is seeking 2 NNPs in sunny Florida! Come enjoy a mild climate, reasonable cost of living, low tax burden and a high quality of life. We prefer experienced neonatal nurse practitioners but are also open to new graduates to join our collaborative neonatology practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Job Description:
  • Must be Board Certified Neonatal NP with MSN prior to start (new grads welcome). Cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications).
  • This is a full-time opening comprised of varying shifts ranging from 16 to 24-hours
  • Provide Level II-III NICU care, including ventilator management, central line placement and chest tube insertion
  • In addition to direct NICU patient care, the NNP role involves normal newborn care and delivery attendance
  • NNPs are NOT responsible for transport
  • Viable candidates must be comfortable with autonomy
  • MSN and NCC certifications are required.

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing - REQUIRED
  • Neonatal NP - Board Certified prior to start - REQUIRED (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
  • Active FL License (or already in progress) - PREFERRED
  • 2+ years of experience as NNP - PREFERRED
