Job Description:

Summary

This contract role supports a technical organization with digital tools, data quality, reporting, process improvement, and the practical use of artificial intelligence. You will help build and maintain internal tools, clean and organize data, support dashboards and reporting workflows, and improve how technical projects are structured and managed — freeing project teams to focus on strategic technical work. This is a technical role focused on building and maintaining technical tools and data structures based on established specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain digital tools, dashboards, and project-related data.

• Prepare and clean data for reporting, analytics, and AI tools.

• Support process improvements that reduce manual work for project and technical leaders.

• Assist with testing, rollout, and troubleshooting of reporting and automation features.

• Support custom in-house applications and BI reporting, including data upkeep, development, and deployment.

Top requirements: A bachelor's is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level role. If the candidate has a bachelor's, new grads are welcome. If the candidate does not have a bachelor's, 2 years of experience is required. Candidates' resumes must demonstrate strong technical skills with datasets and dashboards. Interest and exposure to AI is strongly preferred.

Ideal Background

• B.S. in a Technical Discipline preferred (Engineering, IS, CS, Data Analytics, etc.)

• Excellent role for a recent graduate or early-career professional in data analytics, information systems, industrial/systems engineering, operations research, computer science, or business analytics.

• Comfort working with datasets, dashboards, BI/reporting tools, and structured workflows.

• Interest in applying AI to business or technical workflows; exposure to Python, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to maintain accurate data over time.

What Success Looks Like

Teams spend less time chasing information; reporting is more consistent, and digital tools are easier to use and maintain — with new custom solutions delivered faster to increase organizational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

A strong candidate is organized, data-oriented, curious about technology, comfortable learning new tools, and motivated by practical problem solving in a technical business environment.
