A key part of that mission is ensuring our newspapers are delivered accurately and on time—every day.

Forsyth County News, part of Metro Market Media, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role blends administrative support for a Senior Account Executive with direct inside sales responsibilities. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, connecting with clients, and contributing to a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Client Support

  • Process incoming ad orders and confirm specs with clients

  • Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure timely ad delivery

  • Organize and deliver client materials (plaques, publications, etc.)

Billing & Reporting

  • Assist with invoicing, billing summaries, and account reconciliation

  • Pull and share campaign performance reports (impressions, reach, etc.)

  • Monitor overdue accounts and support client follow-up

  What You’ll Need:
  • Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email presence

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be local to Forsyth County and able to work in-office
