Job description

The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will specialize in assessing and implementing behavioral interventions primarily for children across clinical, home, and community settings. This role involves direct client interaction, staff training, and collaboration with families to develop and monitor effective behavior plans while ensuring ethical standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Consult with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide training and support to staff members
  • Prepare detailed progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional guidelines
  • Collaborate with families to educate and support parent involvement

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in behavioral analysis
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Functional Behavior Assessment
  • Experience with data collection and analysis
  • Strong report writing and problem-solving skills
