  • Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)
  • Work with a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
  • Heavy Stroke, TBI, SCI, and multi-fracture trauma population
  • See 6 to 7 patients per day on average
  • 1-hour set aside for documentation - never take work home with you!
  • $20,000 Sign-on + Relocation Package available

About the Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist Position:

Come work on a team of 8 Physical Therapists, 7 Occupational Therapists, and 3 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of 22 days with an 85% return-to-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Neuro Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
  • Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
  • Collaborative, team-building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
