Position Overview
  • Job Title: Software Tester (AI Feature QA)
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, but may be substituted by relevant work experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in the software testing (entry-level candidates welcome - prior experience is a plus, but not required)

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (relevant work experience can substitute for educational requirements)
  • 0-3 years of experience in software testing; no prior experience required - training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail - able to follow test procedures precisely, catch subtle defects, and document results accurately
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership - reliable in completing assigned testing on schedule and seeing issues through to resolution
  • Korean-English bilingual ability is a strong plus
  • Interest in or familiarity with AI-powered mobile features is a plus
  • Experience in mobile/network QA testing is a plus
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies, operating systems, and testing tools is a plus

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform functional testing of AI-powered features on mobile devices, verifying that core AI functions operate accurately, consistently, and as designed
  • Execute test cases across various scenarios, languages, and conditions to validate AI feature quality and usability
  • Detect, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies with clear, reproducible steps
  • Analyze testing results and submit detailed reports to the development team
  • Create test designs, processes, cases, and test-product documentation
  • Ensure that testing is carried out per the defined standards and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
  • Perform software testing in all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle
