The Job

We are currently recruiting for an entry level Industrial Sales Representative to sell goods and materials to contractors and top decision makers within the construction industry. This person will work closely with wholesalers, logistics/supply chain managers and manufacturers to ensure that the supply of orders to the current job site is met and sales are completed from start to finish. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
  • Develop and implement new strategies to drive sales with new and existing customers
  • Meet with customers and vendors to ensure that company products and services are up-to-date and to discuss service issues
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless customer service
