BAE Systems is looking for an entry-level/junior Hardware Engineer (< 1 year experience) to join our team beginning in Summer 2027.
The qualified candidate will work in a rapid development environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Tasks may include building, testing, analyzing F-16 and F-2 equipment results, running through and updating test procedures and confirming results, documenting parts and part lists, researching hardware, ordering parts, and communicating with manufacturing, working with different teams such as mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
