Job Duties for the Recruiter:

  • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals on a Temp, and Temp-to-Hire basis.
  • Reach out to job seekers via telephone, text, email, job boards, social media, and other tools on a daily basis.
  • Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of the hiring manager and skills required.
  • Eagerness for making cold calls to prospective job candidates.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long term relationships with candidates.
  • Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations.
  • You'll recruit candidates & fill jobs in Office Administrative, Accounting/Finance, Business Operations, Non-Clinical Healthcare, Technology and Legal Support.
  • Identify and attend networking events such as career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on colleges & universities and outplacement services.

Job Requirements for the Recruiter:

  • Some experience in recruiting desired but not required, outbound contact center experience is essential, or professional outbound sales role.
  • Willingness to work in a metric driven environment meeting monthly team expectations.
  • Confident and not be shy to pick up the phone and call prospective job seekers.
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Should be tenacious, and understand the responsibilities that go along with being in a performance based position.
  • We're willing to train those with the desire to succeed.
  • Must pass drug testing and background check.

  • This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of times

Compensation for the Recruiter:

Our team members work on a base salary plus a very competitive commission plan.
