IT Assistant
Pay: $19.50/ hour
Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Summary
This position is responsible for troubleshooting and entry level work on the computer network of Grow Op Farms. Supports and adheres to company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline. Supports and adheres to the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
Job Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoots printer issues
  2. Troubleshoots Network Connectivity issues
  3. Troubleshoots Computer Application issues
  4. Runs Network/Low Voltage Cable
  5. Terminates Cat 5e/6 Network Cable
  6. Assists in Camera adjustments
  7. Assists with any special projects, as needed.
  8. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned. Assists with Research and Development projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
  • Must be 21 years old or older.

Education/Experience:to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
  • High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
  • Six (6) months of experience in IT support/network administration or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Abilities: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
  • Regularly walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time, pull/push, reach, carry up to 40 pounds, and grasp.
  • Frequently climb, talk, or hear.
  • Occasionally crawl.
  • Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
