Lumivara Group Inc is hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees in Greensboro, NC. We’re proud to be an authorized partner with leading brands, delivering water distribution products and services in a retail setting. This role offers hands-on experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and leadership development while representing one of our regional utility service partners.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow a career in sales, customer service, or management. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
  • Assist new and existing customers with account setup and general inquiries
