Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious, self-driven Artist Relationship Managers to scout, sign, and manage portfolios of independent musical talent, bands, and DJs. You will act as their corporate coordinator, bridging the gap between independent creators needing consistent, high-paying residency gigs and our corporate venue pipeline. You will operate autonomously under our established corporate infrastructure, taking absolute control over your earning potential and career trajectory.

Core Responsibilities:

* Scout and vet independent artists, musicians, songwriters, and DJs looking to secure verified performance residencies.

* Execute exclusive booking representation agreements between independent talent and JUS Venue Solutions.

* Coordinate scheduling calendars and manage portfolio rosters for live residency placements.

* Secure mandatory artist agent liability waivers and compliance paperwork prior to event execution to protect the network rails.

* Monitor performance outcomes and ensure talent adheres to strict brand compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

* Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a passion for the entertainment and music industries.

* Self-motivated mindset capable of building a talent portfolio from the ground up independently.

* Ability to follow standardized corporate email templates and communication scripts.

* Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a smartphone for daily roster tracking.

* No prior booking experience is required; we provide a complete entry-level training model to get you straight to booking.

Infrastructure Requirements:

Please note that all positions are structured as 1099 Independent Contractors managing their own micro-agencies. Selected candidates are responsible for a minor, tiered upfront startup software fee at checkout to cover their first month's master tracking seat, core regional database folder allocation, and entry-level compliance training modules. By default, all onboarding managers are instantly certified and authorized to operate within the State of Texas, with multi-region/state expansion certificates available.
