Seam Welder Machine Operator (Entry-Level to Intermediate)

MUM Industries is looking for a Welder who enjoys working with metal and takes pride in producing quality welds. This position is ideal for candidates with welding school training, recent manufacturing experience, or welders looking to continue developing their skills in a modern manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll work from established drawings and prepared components to weld finished assemblies using MIG and TIG welding processes. You'll be supported by experienced team members while expanding your technical skills and career opportunities.

Hours: Monday through Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

What you'll do:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated components.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Read weld symbols and basic fabrication drawings.
• Inspect weld quality and make necessary corrections.
• Grind and prepare material as needed.
• Follow established work instructions and quality standards.

What we're looking for:

• Welding school graduate or manufacturing welding experience.
• Ability to read basic drawings and weld symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
