Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations.
  • Build and enhance workflows, web services, APIs, plugins, adapters, and batch processes.
  • Develop and maintain applications using Gosu and Java.
  • Perform testing, debugging, code reviews, upgrades, and environment management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Support integration with middleware platforms and enterprise systems.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Gosu, Java, XML, Web Services, Messaging, and Batch Processing.
  • Knowledge of J2EE, Application Servers, and RDBMS.
  • Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, WebMethods, WebSphere ESB, or similar.
  • Understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, source control, and release management.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience leading development teams and coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
  • Ability to design scalable integration solutions and provide technical guidance.
  • Experience with GUnit/JUnit testing frameworks.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:  $100,000 - $125,000/Annum
