Senior Handyman Technician - Commission Based (White-Glove Service)

We are hiring high-level, experienced technicians who can sell and perform at a professional level while delivering a white-glove customer experience. This is not an entry-level role.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of verifiable hands-on experience
• Strong multi-trade background (drywall, doors, trim, light plumbing & electrical)
• Comfortable presenting pricing and closing work on site
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently in homes and commercial properties

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of handyman services
• Explain solutions clearly and confidently to customers
• Present pricing and sell jobs on site
• Deliver a high-end customer experience that drives repeat business

Pay & Benefits

• Commission-based pay - paid weekly
• Earn 20% of revenue minus costs
• Company work van provided
• Company card provided (fuel, materials, van maintenance)
• No cap on earnings for high performers
