Powersports Service Technician - All Skill Levels Welcome!
RideNow Powersportsis looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team.

We're hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs-if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:
- Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
- 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
- OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
- Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
- Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises-including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas-while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
- Hourly or Flat Rate depending on experience level ($18-$50)
