$21.75/hour pending experience! +Monthly performance program earns more $$$ per hour on top of your hourly! Paid CDL License Training!

  • Starting rate: $21.25 - $21.75/hour pending experience. Paid from clock-in to clock-out versus competition who pay only while you are moving people.
  • $15 while in training.

  • You make more with Mears than with competition! Top Earners make over $80,000 per year (before adding the performance incentive in)! The average driver makes approximately $60,000 per year.

We connect travelers to their vacations and events in Orlando. This includes managing the transportation for our hotel, resort, and venue partners. When our Guests require out of state transportation Mears Destination Services, Inc. Motor Coach Operators can be required to transport customers over state lines usually into but not limited to the South Eastern and North Eastern United States. Our guests are like family, we are excited to see and serve them. If you love hospitality and customer service is an area you excel at, we might have the right opportunity for you. We're looking for customer first oriented, licensed, and non-licensed, Class A or B CDL Drivers who are available to work shifts needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as our guests travel at all times. We offer CDL training and licensing to the right candidates, a valuable accomplishment you can keep for a lifetime. We reward hard work, which is why many of our drivers have been with us for a long time or return to us after testing the waters elsewhere. As Central Florida's largest private ground transportation provider, the demand for our motor coach services is non-stop and growing. There are full-time opportunities with full benefits with quality time at home daily. Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for various tasks relating to the transport of passengers aboard motor coaches, transit buses and trolleys such as:
  • Operating a motor coach safely and efficiently
  • Assisting passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle
  • Loading, unloading, and moving luggage and other items
  • Treating everyone in a friendly and professional manner.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as requested.
