Junior Graphic Designer
The Junior Graphic Designer will create visually appealing assets for our digital
channels. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to develop creative
content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience. Your
responsibilities will include developing promotional materials, website assets, photo
editing and creating simple animations. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of
aesthetics with an eye for typography, color, and layout-particularly within the lifestyle and consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Asset Creation: Design and produce engaging graphics for web, social media posts, email campaigns, online ads and other digital platforms.
• Photo Editing: Enhance and retouch images to align with brand guidelines.
• Animation: Create simple animations and motion graphics for web, email and social media.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current design, fashion and cultural trends to ensure visuals are relevant and forward thinking.
• Brand Consistency: Ability to optimize for engagement and shareability across
platforms while ensuring designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborative: Work closely with other team members to understand project
requirements, accept feedback and refine design based on input from stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Education- BA degree
• Experience-1-3 years experience
• Proficiency in Figma for creating digital designs.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic experience with After Effects.
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously with great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, with an understanding of current design trends, typography, and color.
• Passionate about design, fashion and staying up to date with pop culture and social
media trends.
Salary range: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per annum
