Office Assistant

On-campus work in Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the production industry and eager to kick-start their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the production team in daily operations and logistics.
  • Support setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with various departments.
  • Manage inventory of production supplies and equipment.
  • Help with organizing and maintaining production documentation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing production tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes or media production is desirable.
