We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to build a strong foundation in real estate through consistent activity, mentorship, and daily guidance while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn how to generate opportunities, create stronger conversations, and build relationships that lead to future business. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will gain hands on exposure to daily prospecting, follow up, open houses, client communication, and the habits that help productive agents stay consistent over time.


The focus is on learning through real activity while improving organization, communication, and confidence in day to day interactions. You will continue developing stronger follow up systems, better time management, and a clearer understanding of how transactions move from the first conversation through closing.

Responsibilities:
