Job description

Summary:
We are looking for quality candidates like you to join our Amazing Rogers Team!.
Full Time positions available from entry level to experienced Machine Operators in our Chandler, AZ facilities.
Production Shift Details:
Shift A - 6:00 am to 6:00pm (Sunday - Monday - Tuesday - Every other Wednesday)
Shift B - 6:00 PM to 6:00AM (Sunday - Monday - Tuesday - Every other Wednesday) + 12% shift Dif
Shift C - 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Every other Wednesday)
Shift D - 6:00 PM to 6:00AM (Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Every other Wednesday) + 20% Shift Dif
Essential Functions:
  • Set up, operate and troubleshoot complex equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials.
  • Perform visual inspection, measurement and testing in accordance with established procedures
  • Accurately record production data into the computer database
  • Communicate with various departments regarding product quality issues, material availability and processing issues
  • Maintain safe work environment, including cleaning, minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean up
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Required Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalency. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
    • Ability to lift 50lbs, move, bend, stand, and walk the entirety of the shift
    • Willing and able to become certified in forklift operations
    • Willing and able to work with computers
    • Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol
    • Accurately follow work instructions
    • Maintain a clean work environment
    • Perform various other duties as assigned
