The Digital Analyst II delivers a range of modern technology solutions while and implementing best practices for key stakeholders across the company. Main responsibilities of the Digital Analyst II include software development, product releases, and engineering tasks, risk and issue management, and execution of small to medium technical, systems or business improvement efforts within the company.

This role leads and contributes to project software development efforts, provides support to business partners, project managers, Scrum Masters, and vendor resources involved in project execution. They will lead development efforts on small to medium projects. They will coordinate and attend meetings as needed. Complete and track software development action items and deliverables. Attention to detail, organization, communication, and self-initiative are key skills for this role.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred.

Experience: 2+ years direct work experience in a development, analyst or project management capacity. Preferred experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.

  • Knowledge with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
  • Experience in Javascript web application frameworks (e.g. React, Vue).
  • A basic understanding of monitoring concepts and code analysis as part of the DevSecOps lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, or other container platforms.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API's and microservices architectures.

Travel: 0-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with our engineering team to deliver on solutions that develop new revenue streams or create relationships with current or future customers.
  • Develops solutions within specific SaaS applications such as; Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Tests and develops cloud application and infrastructure.
  • Develops and monitors core application KPI's in Dynatrace to drive continuous improvement in customer experiences.
  • Builds and maintains CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develops and supports web, IoT, and mobile application types using multiple technology stacks.
  • Coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members and contractors.
  • Ensures that application development, integrations, and DevSecOps best practices are adhered to and ensure lessons learned are followed.
  • Maintains a focus on UI/UX in conjunction with the business and other stakeholders.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
