Kona Kai San Diego Resort is a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island. With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant + Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Room Attendant (Seasonal) at our island-inspired resort.

THE JOB:

This role will report to: The Director of Housekeeping


As a Room Attendant (Seasonal), you are responsible for cleaning and supplying all assigned guest rooms or other guest areas according to department procedures and standards to exceed guest satisfaction. As a member of the Housekeeping Department, you will play a big part of in our heart of they house, ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous Room Attendant experience is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight, minimum 20 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule.
