Job Summary

PRADCO Outdoor Brands is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Distribution Center team as Manifest Associates. This entry-level position plays a key role in the order fulfillment process, including picking, verifying, and packaging customer orders. Associates work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are expected to meet daily quality and productivity targets.

Job Responsibilities

Order Picking & Verification

  • Accurately pick all products per customer delivery orders.
  • Verify products using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
  • Identify and report quantity discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, incorrect UPCs, and mis-packed items to a Team Lead or Outbound Manager.

Packaging & Shipping Preparation

  • Package materials and products manually in accordance with established procedures.
  • Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets per direction.
  • Perform basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product and package appearance.

General Warehouse Operations

  • Perform all departmental job functions in accordance with SOPs, Standard Work guidelines, and current Quality Initiatives.
  • Assist in achieving daily quality targets set forth for the department.
  • Cooperate in daily workflow decisions and perform routine activities across differing departments as needed.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or other comparable completion certificate.
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations.
  • Ability to read, evaluate, and interpret general procedures and specification sheets.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 platform preferred.
  • Some iOS experience and ability to interface with handheld scanning devices a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Essential Job Function
  • The employee must be able to lift or move over 60 pounds regularly and stand for up to ten hours a day.   
  • The individual must cooperate in daily workflow decisions and perform routine activities in differing departments as necessary.   
  • The capacity to interact and communicate with coworkers and the boss in an effective manner.
  • Experience working with Microsoft OS and the 365 platform, as well as some iOS experience and the ability to interface handheld scanning devices to both.
  • The work environment is typical of an unacclimatized warehouse, with air temperature fluctuating with the weather.
