Where will you work: Onsite 3 miles South Junct. Hwy. 16 & 2 Colonsay, SK S0K 0Z0 Canada. This position works onsite and may be assigned to either surface or underground production.
Entry Level Operator
As an Entry Level Operator, you will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient mining operations. You will complete training, operate equipment, maintain safe work areas, and support production activities as part of a team environment. Successful candidates will be placed in an assigned area and shift.
What you'll do:
Safely perform duties in a potash production environment, either surface (mill/loadout) or underground.
Demonstrate physical capability to lift, carry, shovel and perform manual tasks as required.
Successfully complete required exams, training modules, and task sheets for applicable equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Safely and effectively operate mobile equipment (training provided).
Follow and interpret written and oral instructions; complete written reports as required.
Comply with all environmental regulations and company standards.
Adhere to all Occupational Health & Safety requirements and Mosaic site safety policies.
What you'll need:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Strong commitment to working safely and contributing to a safe workplace.
Willingness and ability to learn, develop skills, and progress through the Lines of Progression.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
