Overview
Mini Golf Attendants are responsible for all merchandise and mini‑golf sales, as well as serving food and beverages to guests at the concession stand, while consistently delivering excellent customer service. They also help maintain an efficient pace of play on the mini golf course to ensure an enjoyable and smooth experience for all guests.
Job Duties
  • Take concession stand orders and prepare food and beverages (i.e. ice cream cones, sundaes, etc.) in accordance with established service standards. (Essential)
  • Operate cash register and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable. (Essential)
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. (Essential)
  • Inspect mini golf and concession facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order; report all issues when applicable. (Essential)
  • Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure merchandise inventory is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked; stock and replenish food and beverages as needed.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain the concession stand area, including counters and equipment.
  • Greet customers, answer the telephone courteously, and complete all sales transactions.
  • Provide golf balls and clubs to mini golf customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
