Full-Time Mine Site Positions
Capital Sand Proppants in Cape Girardeau is seeking motivated individuals to fill various positions within the mine operations. These roles can include Equipment Operators, Groundsmen, and Haul Truck Operators.
Entry level pay starts at $20.00/hr with competitive pay based on experience and $3.00/hr night shift differential. Capital Sand Proppants additionally offers $1.00/hr review-based incentive raises every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Previous experience working at a mine site or related industry is preferred.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, lift, stand and sit for extended periods.
