Job Summary

The Advanced Advertising Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of network and inventory data across Spectrum Reach’s advanced advertising ecosystem. This role supports the ongoing stewardship of enterprise network records, inventory mappings, naming conventions, and database quality standards to ensure inventory is organized, usable, and aligned across systems.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, the Advanced Advertising Operations Analyst helps onboard new inventory sources, audit mapped fields and network records, troubleshoot data and system issues, and support process improvements that drive consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role plays an important part in ensuring available inventory is properly structured, maintained, and positioned for effective use across the business


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain key enterprise databases and network records, including inventory and mapping data, to support accurate and reliable business operations
  • Organize and maintain advanced TV and digital inventory mappings to ensure compliance with established naming conventions and data standards
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to onboard new inventory sources and ensure consistent, accurate setup across all relevant data fields
  • Routinely audit mapped fields, inventory records, and network data for inconsistencies, gaps, or errors, and update records as needed to maintain data quality and usability
  • Participate in network and inventory audits to help ensure available inventory is recognized, maintained accurately, and fully utilized
  • Investigate and help resolve data, mapping, and workflow issues affecting inventory setup, system operations, or downstream business processes
  • Monitor daily operational activity and system outputs to verify data integrity and identify issues requiring correction or escalation
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and establish requirements for new processes related to network and inventory management
  • Maintain and update documentation for naming conventions, mapping logic, operational workflows, and related procedures
  • Analyze reports and trends to identify data quality concerns, operational inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve standardization and efficiency
  • Support testing, implementation, and onboarding efforts for new products, inventory sources, vendors, and system enhancements impacting network or inventory data
  • Provide training materials or process guidance to support consistent execution across teams, as needed
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement efforts that streamline workflows, improve data hygiene, and strengthen governance across the inventory ecosystem
